thinkTASC undertake review of IRFU Provincial Academies High Performance Player Development System.
thinkTASC’s Director, Paul Mackinnon was invited by the IRFU to review academies in the provinces of Ulster, Munster, Leinster and Connacht. The aim was to take a detailed look at the existing high performance player development systems in each of the provinces and assess what is working well, what areas could be improved and deliver recommendations on how each provincial academy should move forward in the future.
