"thinkTASC offers a simple formula to help your people grow enabling them to build on their key strengths and take responsibility for their personal development so that they can achieve so much more."
Paul MacKinnon, thinkTASC

Why We're Special

thinkTASC is a professional business consultancy focusing on Maximising Performance in people/individuals in the areas of business, high performance sport and the community.

thinkTASC’s inspiration for maximising performance in individuals originates from high performance sport and the performance management system developed to ensure the continuing success of New Zealand rugby, including the All Blacks victory in the 2011 Rugby World Cup.

We’ve developed a unique simple one page tool called Mi Plan, that allows individuals to build on their key strengths based on your organisation's requirements.  Once implemented it is self-driven by your organisation so it is unique to you.

It’s based on a proven world class system for improving performance.  It offers real value for money.

It’s not about changing the world and overhauling your management system.  It’s about looking at what you’ve got and making it better.

Our Process

Our specialist team will engage with your organisation to get a better understanding of what your overall objectives are in terms of growing and developing your existing people and identifying areas where new potential talent may come from.

Once your objectives have been clarified we will develop and implement the Mi Plan Performance Management System software package making it unique to your organisation.  You’ll be trained on how the system works and then you’ll be able to roll the system out within your organisation.  You’ll be provided with follow up quality assurance to ensure that the system is working properly...

...allowing your organisation to become even more successful.
